iam getting this problem during html loading

please post the related code for this problem ... may be you could set the focus in the page's onload event in case you didn't already do this ... but that's guesswork without having a look at your code ...

if you are not programmer but a user and are getting this message when opening a browser window then try resetting your browser, yes simple as restoring your browser to its original settings.
1. Click on Tools
2. Click on Internet options
3. Click on Advanced Tab
4. Click on restore defaults Button
5. Click on Programs Tab Click on Reset Web Settings Button.

Click on Apply and Close by clicking on OK

This may have happened because you were infected by some malware/spayware and or virus

You may have other steps to take to correct those problems, however the browser should not give you that pesk message.
