Access Hyperlink Using Hot Keys

I Hv a label and a corresponding hyperlink.i want 2 access the hyperlink using hot keys(alt+key)sp ecified in the label....is it posible?

hyperlink="http :/..."
i want 2 access d link using ALT+F
