Text Scroller with a mouseover a button

Hi all,

I am looking for a Javascript that perform the following.

With a mouseover a button down the text scrolls down and when the mouse
is over a button up the text scrolls up.

I found a script that does this but it works only on my PC.
When I publish it ... it does't work ... maybe because the code should
be bought in order to remove something to let it works.

Is there any website where i can download a completely free code
performing this?

Help me please.

Opencube is a retailer of javascript software, if you use their code
without paying to do so you will be in violation of their copyright.

When I have looked at their code in the past it has contained some
rudimentary protection, which can easily be circumvented once
identified. That wouldn't modify the legality of doing so.

On the other hand the opencube code that I have seen is poor, to say the
least, so it might be better to look elsewhere anyway.
