How to add a page to my site that will auto open email client when visited?

I would like to have a page (URL) on my site that when people go to that page (URL) that it will auto open their email client so that they can send me an email. I am trying to find the code to do this without having them "click" on a link. Thank you for any help you can give.

This is just an idea, i never tried something like this.
Do the email client opening in page load time.

What if you use a frame of size 0 and set the source to mailto:blah@123 .com?

Rabbits idea might work. Another thought would be to set a javascript function instead that performed the onClick of a link and have this fire up onLoad
