Need help opening a project in Netbeans 5.5 with Tomcat 6

I was wondering if someone can help me, i have a sample project. i got everything set-up and created the driver for the database but yet when i run the client it gives an /service/ error

can someone please just try and open this project and tell me why it gives this error. i have tried everything
