I want to create a java program for Text to Speech.

Means i want to create a java program in which user enter a text and my java program will speek this entered text.

Ok. This is very vast question. Do you have code for this?
If you don't have design for this. It is very difficult to code. Why can't you sit down and figure out what exactly you want and how you are going to achieve it.
