Direct Acyclic Graphs

I have text file containing Graph data(sample is attached here data.jpg and graph.jpg), I want to make a java parser that can read all data from that file and construct a Direct Acyclic Graph (not in visual form, but probably in data structure form)and also check its dependency and sort. Could you help me...

It's a little odd that you get the parents as opposed to the children on your adjacency code. Anyways, how have you broken down the structures?

Looks like you have at least 3 classes:
1. Graph
2. Node
3. Connection (Edge)

Try and figure out all the information you want to put into each. If you have any problems, come back with what you have, and elaborate on the problems.
