If i enter a number in input text it has to go for edit page, how to write it for mu

HI,

I have one concern with me. My requirement is like this, If I enter a search code in in input text it has to navigate to Edit page, for single search page it works fine, But if it having multiple tabs in the single search page, then how to write the java script for that.

Here i am using the tomhawk component of <t:tabbedpane />

Is anyone can help me in this concern?.. As, I tried a lot but no output.....
