I tried a lot ... .But i didn't find any.

Those classes are in your rt.jar. It is located in your $JAVA_HOME/jre.xxx/lib.
What do you want to do with those classes?

Actually I want to develop a FTP client.
Please help ...I got stuck into it.

One more thing JOS!
I have a firewall.
So whenever I connect my machine through FTP then a Connection refused exception raised.
How to configure FTP??
