I am unable to see HTML Page in http://localhost/test/index.html

I have installed IIS-5.1 but I am unable see my html page even I created Test folder as virtual directory. I can see in IIS-Index.html but when I start IE-8 and address as http://www.localhost/IISTEST/index.html
Browser shows can not display page. there is no any errors
