error w3wp.exe 3700 and stooped the app pool

Hello,

I was develop new site with asp.net VB and install "Knet Payment" the Knet is System for payment online but at Kuwait,

and they give me dll file to register it into my sysWoW64, when I try to access payment page I get this error in Server

and the App Pool stopped

any solution?
