hye there, i've have installed the ISS and the folder inepub did appear in my C drive. The wwwroot folder is there as well. But when i run my asp file just to test the server using the loclhost, it give the error:-

HTTP Error 404.4 - Not Found
The resource you are looking for does not have a handler associated with it.

firstly thanks for reply, yes i checked the setting of the IIS and activated now i dont know how to figure out this problem, should i need to install XP for IIS. guide me plz.

Have you tried opening IIS and ensuring everything is set up correctly?

I am using window vista home basic in my laptop and already activated the option of IIS from windows feature turn on/off but when I tried to execute the local host it gives me server error in application default web site error of 404 not found. Kindly tell me what should I do to execute IIS 7 properly in my system.
