    IIS Too many users error

    Im using winXP prof SP2 & IIS. my web pages are configured in IIS and accessing by my clients. most of the time im getting the error " Too many peoples accessing the website at this time" i tried disabled the "HTTP keep alive option" maximum connections in IIS is showing 40. can any one pls give me a permanent solution to solve this issue.

    One way is to use a server OS, like Windows 2003. HTH.

      Microsoft Windows XP Pro or another desktop version of Windows are limited to 10 connections. Windows XP Pro has been giving the ability to run IIS on it for developers that wish to do local testing. It was never intended to be a server solution.

      It looks like you need to look for a true server solution.
