    site not working in Safari

I have just redone my whole site and it is working great in IE and in Firefox. The only thing that is visible in Safari is the table and background colours. No text, images, links or anything else is showing up. Help please. I'm not a website designer and have self taught all that I know. I'm really stuck. I've been told that it has something to do with the fact that I've put all my CSS right into the webpage itself rather than creating a file and folder. If this is the case - how do I remove and build it out separately and make sure I have recognizable styles for all browsers? Hair pull!
Thanks. All help and comments are appreciated.

The company is Highland Environments. The site is the companyname.com .

I didn't put the link as I've been told that can cause my site to come up in the search engines and link to these forums. I would prefer my clients not to know these issues. :-)

Your second nested table is set to a height of 548%. Remove that.

Thanks - between your suggestion and someone else's I'm half way there - literally. Now the bottom half of the page is showing - but all my links and top half is still not showing. Any more suggestions?
