Content div loads on top of footer, the container div doesn't grow with the content

    Hi,
I'll link to the css and the page so you can see what's going on

    http://somosloscolorad os.com/test/style3.css

    http://somosloscolorad os.com/test/personajes3.htm l

I can't figure out what's going wrong. I've been trying to fix this for a while and I don't know what else to do.
I need help. Can anyone give me some guidance as to what I'm doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance,
    Marisol

Parent elements are never to expand to contain floated or absolutely positioned elements. Such elements are removed from the normal flow and, therefore, spill out of their containers.

I'm not sure it makes sense for you to both float and absolutely position that element. I'd remove one or the other. Google for "clear floats" for more info on this.

Oh, ok. So I should place it outside on the container div (white)? I'll try that.

      Thanks

Thanks, I did what you said. Got rid of the float and it worked! ^_^
