question in direct user to different page in terms of condition

i use statement (window.locatio n.href) in script php that in terms of condition
direct user to different page this statement is located in middle script that I have html tage and echo statement
before this conditional statment
do I get answer from this script after upload script on server because I get correct answer
from my computer no check on server?
