Css with screen resolution problem

Hi everyboyd, i made template in photoshop and sliced it and then used css for dat template to display (div based) but when i changed the resolutoin of my monitor it looks terrible. how i can fix this problem? is there any way/code that can fix dat?

it depends on the template's markup. Maybe using sizes in px can fix something, but without further information I can't tell anything.
