SubMenu are overlapped by Maincontent

Hi,
I have page design with menus and related menu contents.Main contents to be displayed after some line space(gap) from where menu present. when i pressed menu to select the sub menu ,that sub menu are overlapped by main content. so i am not able to access the sub menu. how can i access that submenu? and one more thing that i want to display the link page that i wish to select from menu is to be displayed on same page .. what is the solution for this?

How about putting your page on a public server and proving a clickable link to it in your post. State the operating system you are on, and the browser, and browser versions, that are problematic.
