Hmmm i know there are some cheezy free sites that you can make your own little web page but nothing to crazy.

I don't think you are going to be able to get a free url.....not too much in life is free :)


But i would start looking at places like GoDaddy.com

using godaddy for a domain is good, but as for hosting you would be better off doing it yourself. I recommend Apache.

Check out this company. They've resently changed their free website options, and I think they've added the option of you using your own domain name. They are reliable. I have paid hosting with them and have not had any issues with anything I've tried doing.
