    A few IE6 hacks needed...

    Hi,

I have a few issues relating to IE6 problems on the following site: http://www.jonathandagnall.com/

Everything works fine in Safari/Opera (Mac) and Firefox (Windows and Mac).

    --

    Here are my issues:

    1. 'h1' image within 'header' div does not sit vertically where it should (padding-top issue?)

    2. 'footer' padding-bottom does not render.

    3. 'container' padding-bottom does not render.

    4. 'container' div opacity style – opacity: 0.99; -moz-opacity: 0.99; filter: alpha(opacity=9 9); – breaks the site completely.

    5. hover state of the main menu div causes the site to jump down vertically.

    6. background image does not repeat on the x axis.

    --

I've tried various tweeks but can't solve these. Can anyone help with some or all of these hacks?

    Help/advice would be much appreciated.

Finally, the test pc I use only runs windows 98/IE6 so I don't have access to IE7. Will these above issues be relevant to IE7 also?

    Cheers.

IE6 does not work like IE7 (tear your hair out now). I'll try to look at this later unless someone else does.
