How to customize an iframe's scroll bar

HI all

I would like to know, is there some easy code I can use to customize the look (color, shape) of an iframe scroll bar? A Windows IE 98 scroll bar stuck into a funky site looks sooooo ugly...

I believe you can still use Microsoft's non-standard CSS to style that but it only works in IE. Maybe one other like Konqueror, too. You'd have to search for that. I'd never use it and know nothing about it.
