Tell me any Passward Protection Software

i want to have a passward protection software which has following facility :

should be multi user
super user can create sub users and assign them authorities
sub users should not be able to see passward any way
and
sub user shoud be able to loging automatically to firefox or IE using that pasward software

Where will the users be logging in to? OK, it's somehow supposed to work via IE or FF, so it will be some kind of application on some kind of server, but that's still a bit thin. So, what is it? Remote Login to the server? A forum? A Wiki? Something completely different?

the whole idea is that we will be loging into cpanels , website hosting admins etc as we are working in a website designing firm.I want to be the super user and i want that all my employee act as sub users. I want a programm in which i do create a passward list of all sites and my employees without viewing those passwords should get login automatically to respective cpanel ar any login form.

i have alredy used cp-lab etc but in that employees can view passward i don't want to show them passward
