I have a mail merge document. The data source is an excel file. There is a column in the data source called "Discipline " with several choices available from a drop down list. On the Mail Merge doccument, there are several check boxes, one for each discipline. What do I need to do to get the proper check box checked corresponding to the discipline that was selected in the data file?
