i need automation for the excel sheet

I have an Excel Sheet through which i can manage the productivity of the dapartment and a person. And I want to know how many pages on the dapartment how many pages done by a person with the stages (1R or 2R). I want to know more and more details for this sheet. Please find the attechment to understand the idea.
