If you have the express version you can get it from the same Microsoft website that you downloaded it from.

When I try to register without a registration number, I am directed to enter my e-mail address and numbers/letters from a scramble window. The response I get is that the e-mail address is "INCORRECT" ??????

According to the Microsoft website http://msdn2.microsoft .com/en-us/express/aa718376.aspx, all you need to do is

• To register any Visual Studio Express Edition, simply run your Express Edition and click Help -> Register Product.
