1) why Sybase was so popular with the Financial services companies and Banking institutions during the late 90s?
2) What is the performance of Sybase as a company now?
3) Are there any problems with Sybase databases in handling databases of large size?
4) What has Sybase done/is doing to overcome these problems?
5) Why are the Financial institutions moving out off Sybase to other databases like MS SQL,Oracle etc?
