I need assistance in creating a formula for "ND" (Night Differential) and "OT" (Overtime). ND is between 5:15 a.m. & 6:00 a.m. and 18:00 & 21:00. OT is any anything after 8 hours.

The formula that I am using for "Reg Hours" is "=IF((OR(C4="", D4="")),0,IF((D 4<C4),((D4-C4)*24)+24,(D4-C4)*24))-1" which by the way I found on the internet but I can't remember who wrote it so I can give them credit. Sorry! This formula will add the total hours and will subtract the 1 hour for lunch.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
