Rhapsody

When I try to remove Rhapsody form add/remove programs i get the following message........ .........
could not open INSTALL.LOG file

Using Windows XP Home Because I am not a computer geek I have just tried various registry cleaners but no luck..I don't want to get in too deep because if something can get screwed up Iwill do it
