Best Book for learning Flex?

I am a newbie to Flex, and want to purchase a book that I can use to learn how to create RIA's using Flex. I am fairly well versed in PHP and MySQL, so a book that has some good examples of Flex->PHP->MySQL applications would be good.

Any suggestions?
