Please check attached excel workbook.
The first sheet is the "RawData" the data in this sheet needs to be plotted into "PlotData" sheet according to the time Column E(Time). and Name (Column A)
In PlotData Sheet the frequency is given i.e. 30 min and 60 min.
For e.g. we will 1st check the Names in Name column of RawData sheet with the Names in Name column of PlotData sheet.
The Response of corresponding Time 00:28:35 and Name A will go in PlotData sheet.
On PlotData sheet we will first check the frequency if it is 30 min then we will check where the time bounds in time range. Here the time is between 0:00:00 to 0:30:00 so the Response of that time in RawData sheet will go in cell C2.
If the time is 00:58:48 as it is not between 0:00:00 to 0:30:00. It is between 0:30:00 to 1:00:00 the it will go in D2.
If the Frequency is 60 min that is hourly and if the time is 00:29:24 as it is between 0:00:00 to 1:00:00 it will go in C2.
For the reference I have plotted few times in the attachment.
