One of my users is having a problem when saving attachments from her email. If she right clicks on the attachment, chooses Save As... and then picks a location to save the file, when she goes to edit that file name or make changes and save it or move it, she receives a message saying that the file is locked and currently in use even though she has closed the email that she got the attachment from. She has to close out of outlook completely in order for the file to be freed up for editing/moving.
