Dreamweaver not showing my site in the record set bindings tab

[wizardry]

i'm using cs4 dreamweaver, my entire site was working fine/ showing in the record set bindings tab. now all of a sudden nothing is showing in the bindings tab.

i have no errors, in the site or when i open pages in dreamweaver they just dont show record sets in dreamweaver.

i've checked for misc chars by opening pages in vi.

thanks in advance for your help.
