Having multiple databases in my environment...need to start stop every week

Having multiple databases in my environment...A s a DBA,I need to start and stop each DB individually weekly for backup.Can anyone please provide me the script or some command fuction to perform start and stop without logging to each database individually.
Your timely help wud be highly appreciated.
