How did you get RC 22 ?

sqlerrml:22 is length of SQLERRMC , not reason code.
That's why you can't find SQL30082N , reason code 22.

Try find SQL30082N , reason code 15

sqlerrml: 22 <-- Length of sqlerrmc
sqlerrmc: 15 PROCESSING FAILURE <-- reason code 15
