error when installing db2 9.5 in cent OS 5

HI

I am getting the below error when installin db2 9.5 in Cent OS 5.0.
Note: I already installed rpm libstdc++5, but still getting the below error.

/tmp/db2.tmp.6029/db2/linux/install//db2iure: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5: version ' CXXABI_1.2.1' not found (required by ./libdb2ure.so.1)

Kindly help me to successfully install DB2. Thanks in advace
