My USB has lost all I my stuff on it and has now a file called mstpvr how do I get it

My USB would not work on my TV so we pressed pvr file system then pressed format and my USB has now got nothing on it except for a file called mstpvr with nothing in it how do I get my stuff back and what happened

since you have formatted the data they’re lost. (just like when you format your USB on a computer).

you might have a chance to recover (from written bytes) some data if it’s just a quick format, but that still will be expensive
