    moving starics

    i have a project given by my teacher but i am facing problem with the starics(*) i want to make them come one by one ihave use the printf("******* *************** *********");
    i want that next staric come after the next staric in 1 second.

    There are sleep functions which allow you to specify how long to sleep. These are non-standard functions and they are different for Windows and Linux.

      Or else use some framework like ACE which is available in both windows and linux and call the wrapper function.

        you could probably get away with using two time_t objects to make a crude timer. it would be portable.
