Have anybody else heard of Nokia DVLUP Program??

I recently came across a link to Nokia’s new developers program which goes by the name of DVLUP.. Have anybody else heard of it?
Well Nokia is now encouraging windows app development.. I recently came across a link to their new developers program which goes by the name of DVLUP, and is basically fr windows app developers & Students.. But i wana knw more abt it before registering.. does anyone knw??

DVLUP is a rewards program, you can win rewards for submitting apps to the windoows phone marketplace depending on what country you are in. Also for other things like updating your older apps, etc.

I cant find any challenge on their site.. all said its out of my area reach.. can u plZ help some challenges link??
