How to get Computer C certificate

Sir,
I am applying for the post of Patwari (Lekhpal) and required Computer C Certificate for applying the same . How to get the computer C Certificate ?

Various colleges offer a series of courses in C or C++ which the colleges call a certificate program.

All you do is sign up and complete the necessary courses and the college will send you their C (or C++) certificate.
