Visual C++ debug message laptop

MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ DEBUG I HAVE LAPTOP HP FROM 1 YEAR ,FROM A WEEK WHEN I OPEN IT GIVES ME THIS MESSAGE visual c++ debug library and doesn't open
