What's the quickest way to learn C++/CLI if I only know C and java now?

I need a suggestion please :) I only know the basics of C and java, and I need to learn C++/CLI asap, I'm wondering if I should learn C++, then visual C++, then move onto C++/CLI? or is there any other quicker and better route to take?
