Know The percent of file is open in other program.

Hi friends, ive a question, is possible to know how many MB of a file is open with other program?

I´ve a program to convert PSX games to PSP format, and he open the CD Image and convert it to PSP format, then i wanna know if i can make a program that know how many MB of CD Image has been opened.

If i can someone can give me a code, and what program is the bes to start in c/c++?

A file is either open or closed. There is no in between.

I suppose what you meant is if there is a way to determine what fraction of the file has been read by another program. I'd say there is no way for one program to snoop on how much I/O another program has done. However, you can create some explicit mechanism for one program to announce how much I/O it has been done in some public way that another program can monitor.
