Difference between CObList and CList

Hi,
What is the difference between CObList and CList? If we use a CList as - CList<CObject*, CObject*>, isnt it similar to CObList?

A CList is an MFC template class for a double linked list.

A CObjList is an MFC class for a double linked list of CObjects . In additon to being a linked list a CObjList suports serialization of its contents.
