Anyone Familiar With Delphi?

I need some help with delphi, i'm currently making a program using Delphi, I need to use arrays and it's a premade grid with numbers already on it.
all i need to do is pressed 'button1' (Caption : Play) to make the numbers get called, i do not know how to make numbers appear randomly and have no idea how i will do this yet. also how do i add tokens to the grid when u have a picked a number from your bingo card? last question: how do i make the programme realise that i have a bingo?

I'm afraid there isn't much (if any) Delphi experience here, sorry. We don't have a forum dedicated to it nor are any Delphi questions asked here. All I know is that the language is (similar?) to object pascal but that's about it. I didn't even know that it was still alive and kicking.
