Visual Studio 2005 vs Visual Studio 2008 = Dark GDK

Hi,

I just recently downloaded Dark GDK from Microsoft's Website

i was using Visual Studio 2005 when i was installing the Dark GDK it said it didn't find the C++ Compiler and asked me if i want to download it.

But i did had Visual C++ installed - my question is does Dark GDK work with Visual Studio 2005 or do i have to downlod Visual Studio 2008.

i think it is only for Visual Studio 2008! :(

hey pal, came accross ur post on the Visual C++ 2008 and the dark GDK. been trying to download it now for days but cant get through. i guess its the distance problem... i'm in far away africa and i'm tryin to develope a game so can u send me the downloaded "Dark-GDK" and the downloaded "Directx Aug.2007" as attached files to my mail? the e-mail add. is lovelylucksy@ya hoo.co.uk. would be more than grateful if u could help out as i'm stuck with this downloading. pls reply... thanks.
