Generating Default "Recently Used Programs"

Hi All,

Am generating a new profile by running my standalone application using the API "NetUserAdd ". After logging to the newly created profile , I couldn't see default "Recently Used Programs" in StartMenu where as by Windows newly created profiles Recently Used Programs got displayed.

Note: "Recently Used Programs" items are visible in windows XP and above versions

Kindly let me know if any come across this and what is the resolution.

PS: Recently used programs information is store in HKCU\Microsoft\ Windows\Current Version\explore r\UserAssist\
"{5E6AB780-7743-11CF-A12B-00AA004AE837}\\ Count"
"{75048700-EF1F-11D0-9888-006097DEACF9}\\ Count"

for every application launched from startmenu, values gets added to above registry by ROT13 encryption.

This is a pretty tricky windows question. Have you tried the windows forum? If you still arn't finding anything I'll look and see how it is implemented in Windows CE to see what information can be gained from that.
