Simple Global Keyboard Hook for Cloud Image Upload Service

Im making a Cloud Upload service and everything is nearly done, However im wanting to create a way of opening the hidden form from a keybind (EG: Ctrl + L)

I have tried creating my own hook and used others however they seem to be causing problems.

Is there any easy way of out this?
