I am creating a form in visual C# 2008 and placed a data grid view control on it. I created a new connection, specified a microsoft access database, but get an error message after selecting the database to connect to:
"Format of the initialization string does not conform to specification starting at index 0"
My on line instructor suggested I reinstall the C# software, which I did to no avail. There is another student in my class that has the same exact problem. Any ideas on how to fix this error message would be greatly appreciated!
I am running windows XP professional version 2002 sp 3 and I have a 32 bit processor.
