Assign rights to the user group for particular OU using C#

Hi,

I have one group of users say "TestGroup" and one OU say "TestOU". I want to assign rights to the Testgroup for TestOU using C# code. So i can cotrol read write access of that group by programmaticall y.

Please Help.
