I need to decode mp3 voice format into a simpler format such as wav

[Mehrdad Seyrafi]

Actually I need to depict the waveform diagram of mp3 files (as seen in CoolEdit software) into a bitmap picture programmaticall y. I can do this task with wav files. So one way for me is to convert mp3 files to wav format.

Dies anyone know a library in .NET (csharp, VB or C++.NET) or any other microsoft based languages.

Thanks
